Counsel for the Plaintiff and Defendant have settled on the form of Certification Order, which has now been sent to the Court Registry for formal entry.

It attaches as Appendices the following:
- Appendix A – Notice of Class Action
- Appendix B – Opt Out Notice
- Appendix C – Opt In Notice
Please read the Notice of Class Action carefully.
If you are a member of the class of persons covered by the Certification Order, AND are a resident of the province of British Columbia, AND you wish to participate in the class action, you do NOT need to do anything. You are automatically included.
