The actuaries have made considerable efforts to distribute settlement funds to eligible class members. The plan of distribution approved by the court directs that funds that cannot be distributed are to be given to a named charity, the United Way of the Central and South Okanagan. This will, in a few instances, involve funds that have been earmarked for particular beneficiaries being sent to the United Way. This should occur in the not too distant future. If information is available about beneficiary location, in respect of persons who are eligible to share, that information should be passed on to the actuaries.
