On April 30, 2024, TGC Lawyer Fred Wynne was successful in obtaining a Court Order that enabled his client to pursue a lawsuit despite the defending party declaring bankruptcy.
Normally, a lawsuit automatically stops when the defending party becomes bankrupt.
Fred’s success in Court means that his client’s lawsuit stays alive and that his client can continue to pursue the defending party for judgement.
