TGC’s favourite Olympian Liz Gleadle is throwing the javelin for Canada at the 2019 Pan-American Games in Lima, Peru this Friday.
Liz is the daughter of Dan Gleadle and has proudly represented Canada at all levels of international sport.
Liz is the current Canadian champion and goes into the Pan-American games in great form. As she would put it, she is ready to “throw like a girl” as she takes on the best athletes from the Americas.
