Tevlin Gleadle Curtis has commenced a claim on behalf of the radiologists of Radiology Associates of Regina Medical P.C. against a Saskatchewan Health Authority for breach of the radiologists’ right to associate under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms.
