TGC lawyer Martin Sheard has successfully obtained intervener status for the Law Students Legal Advice Program in the Supreme Court of Canada case of Matthews v. Ocean Nutrition.
This is a case about the entitlement of a former employee to an incentive that would have been awarded during the reasonable notice period.
