TGC Lawyer Ryan Sissons achieved the remarkable feat of appearing in the British Columbia Court of Appeal, British Columbia Supreme Court, and British Columbia Provincial Court in three separate cases over three consecutive days.
TGC is not sure if this is the first time this feat has been accomplished. Regardless, the firm is now claiming this as a “Hornby Hat-trick” and asserting that Ryan has set a precedent thereby.
