Disputes over wrongful termination of employment arise on a daily basis. Employers rarely provide employees with actual working notice for a reasonable period of time – as is their legal obligation. Once an employer decides that an employee should go, there is rarely an appetite for the employee to work out a reasonable notice period.
The actuaries have given instructions to Canadian Western Trust, who have managed the trust funds, as to the identity of beneficiaries to whom the second (and final) distribution will be made. It is understood that the cheques will be mailed on October 5th, or perhaps if delayed, during the following week.

The actuaries have prepared an updated report on the distrubution of the remaining funds. Actuarial Report September 20, 2012 The actuaries will be authorizing the Trustee to send out cheques next week and they will monitor the returns in an attempt to ensure that everyone gets their fair share of the total settlement proceeds.
