TGC lawyer Kemily Ho is appearing in the B.C. Court of Appeal today resisting an application by an employer for a stay of execution.
The employer is applying for a stay of execution on a judgment obtained by TGC lawyer Martin Sheard. A stay would excuse the employer from paying all or part of that judgment. TGC is opposing the application.
