On April 1, TGC Lawyer Sean Tevlin and TGC articled student Ryan Sissons appeared in the British Columbia Court of Appeal in a complex case concerning the jurisdiction of the courts, WCAT, and collective bargaining.
The Court reserved its decision.
Ryan has now appeared in two appeals in a little more than two weeks – TGC suspects that this may be a record for an articled student.
